If you can’t check in by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, we kindly ask you to let us know beforehand.

DOGS

Your four-legged friends can stay with us upon prior arrangement. Please note that dogs are only allowed in certain rooms. There is a surcharge of €18.00 per day, excluding dog food. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.

PARKING

There is free parking in our underground car park or our car park in front of the hotel.
: Our prices are per person per night, including half board, plus a tourist tax, which is €3.50 per person (from 14 years) per day and is paid on site.

CHILDREN'S RATES

Children receive special discounts when staying in an additional bed in a room with two full-paying guests.

0-2 years: 80% discount
3-6 years: 50% discount
7-11 years: 30% discount
12 years and older: 10% discount
: CANCELLATION

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation between 29 and 10 days before arrival, 30% of the booked price will be charged.
Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival will be charged 80% of the booked price.
In the event of a no show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To avoid these fees in such cases, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
